Disclaimer

• Optimal Clean Ltd does not guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or those caused by wear, damage, or lack of maintenance.
• All areas must be free of clutter prior to cleaning.
• Clients must inform Optimal Clean Ltd of any items or surfaces requiring special care.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from faulty or improperly installed fixtures or fittings.
• We are not responsible for harm to animals or people due to cleaning products. We use industry-approved, safe supplies, but care should still be taken.
• If any area requires special attention or handling, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us in advance.
• All pets must be secured or removed during cleaning. We do not take responsibility for their safety.
• All surfaces (e.g. marble, granite, hardwood floors) are assumed to be sealed and safe to clean. Please advise us if this is not the case.
• Furniture on wooden floors should have adequate protective pads. We are not liable for scratches caused by unprotected furniture.
• Please ensure all valuables and fragile items are safely stored away before our visit.
• Clients have 24 hours after the cleaning to report any concerns or issues. After this time, we may not be held accountable.

Limitation of Liability Clause

Optimal Clean Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the provision of its services. In all circumstances, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the cleaning service provided on the specific visit during which the issue occurred.

Force Majeure Clause

Optimal Clean Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement where such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, illness, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen emergencies.
