Professional standards. Responsible working practices. Confidence for our clients.
At Optimal Clean Ltd, we understand that choosing a commercial cleaning provider means placing trust in the people working on your premises. We are committed to delivering a professional service built on attention to detail, responsible working practices and respect for our clients, their staff and their workplaces.
Our approach is focused on three important areas: professional standards, staff vetting and health and safety.
BICSc Corporate Member
Optimal Clean Ltd is proud to be a Corporate Member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), a professional body dedicated to promoting standards, training and education across the cleaning industry.
Our corporate membership reflects our commitment to professional cleaning practice and to continually developing our knowledge of industry standards. We recognise the importance of using appropriate methods, working carefully and delivering a consistent service for our commercial clients.
DBS-Checked Staff
Trust and discretion are important when working in commercial offices, showrooms and other business premises. Optimal Clean Ltd uses DBS checks as part of its staff-vetting approach, helping provide clients with added reassurance about the people entrusted with access to their workplaces.
We understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality and respect for each client’s premises and working environment. Our team is expected to follow the site-specific instructions and procedures agreed with each client.
Where a client has additional site-access or security requirements, these can be discussed and agreed before work begins.
Health & Safety
The safety of our clients, their employees, visitors and our own cleaning team is an important part of how we work. Optimal Clean Ltd is committed to following appropriate health and safety procedures and carrying out cleaning activities responsibly.
Our working practices include attention to:
- COSHH requirements and the safe use, storage and handling of cleaning products.
- Suitable risk assessments and safe systems of work for cleaning tasks.
- Using cleaning equipment appropriately and following relevant operating instructions.
- Taking care around clients, staff, visitors, furniture, equipment and other workplace activities.
- Reporting hazards or concerns through the appropriate channels.
We aim to work in a planned, careful and professional manner, with procedures appropriate to the premises and cleaning tasks being undertaken.
